A NOTE FROM THE WINEMAKER

My passion for white wine, no doubt, stemmed from my father’s distaste for it. It’s not that I set out to make white wine out of spite, but rather, he inspired me. You see, he claimed to only like red wine, so it became my goal to find balanced and interesting whites that he would like. It didn’t take long as he slowly began to appreciate the depth and complexity that carefully sculpted whites can deliver. When I was presented with the opportunity to make my own wine, it was an easy decision to focus on making white wines. These wines are not only for those drinkers that enjoy the nuances of a handcrafted white wine, but also for those who pretend not to.

Chardonnay

2021 Rosemary’s Vineyards

Offers a mineral-driven nose with accents of pineapple, flint, botanicals, and fennel pollen. The palate boasts densely packed flavors of clingstone peach, Meyer lemon, white pepper, and a hint of pistachio. The texturally silky mid-palate is quickly focused by exacting acidity and a stunningly long finish.

Rosé

2022 ROsé of Grenache

Enticing aromas of Wild strawberry, honeydew melon, Ruby Red grapefruit, and rose petal introduce this beautiful summer sipper. It is lively and laser-focused on the palate, offering kumquat, apricot, and mineral notes that drive to an impressively long finish.

Alice

2022 Alice — Grenache Blanc

The beautiful bouquet is filled with pear, honey, jasmine, and evergreen forest. Vibrant flavors of lime, brioche, Grapefruit peel, and just a hint of rosemary evolve into a crunchy mid-palate that fans out on the long lingering finish - staying focused with a wonderful vein of salinity throughout.
