Another score from Anthony Yount, whose work with this grape stands to rewrite Paso’s story line. A perfect balance of full texture and acid-driven tension, with chervil, pear blossom and bitter-almond accents. As serious an expression of Grenache Blanc as you’ll find anywhere.
